WP1 – Management and Scientific Coordination
This work package is lead by the project secretariat located at NERI-AU. The workpackage is responsible for the technical management and internal coordination of the project. NERI-AU is also the contact point for dialogue with the Commission. The scientific coordination within the project will be supported by the project meetings, organised twice a year.
The main tasks of WP1 are:
- administrative and financial management and reporting to the Commission
- coordination of scientific work within the consortium
- overall coordination and communication with the Commission
- contacts with the project Advisory Board
- assistance in disseminating project results and organising the final international conference
